Diamond Core Drilling

We can core drill holes ranging from 8mm to 1000mm in diameter for plumbing, electric cables, etc. Although using water is required in the majority of cases, using the latest technology and methods we can ensure that all mess is kept to an absolute minimum. This can be a crucial factor in an area that is also a daily workspace.

Wall Chasing

Using the latest vacuum technology on the market we can create channels for electric cables whilst causing the absolute minimum of dust and dirt, in concrete and block masonry.

Diamond Floor Sawing

When large tracks are required in a concrete floor, for pipes, expansion joints, etc., we will use high powered floor saws to achieve your objective quickly and professionally in either an internal or external environment.

Diamond Wall Sawing

Wall sawing provides a fast and accurate means of controlled demolition for applications such as new doorways and windows. With our professional staff we can even leave a bevelled edge on window frames, etc.

Diamond Wire Sawing

Diamond wire sawing can be used in situations where the use of a wall saw or floor saw are unfeasible. For example where the thickness of the surface is more than 600mm thick, or the workspace is confined, e.g. concrete beams. It is also particularly suitable where the surface is unable to withhold the anchors required for a wall saw.

Anchor Setting

In certain circumstances it is important for anchors to be set strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, e.g. chemical anchors. Cut & Seal Ltd can set these anchors and provide a pull-out test report to verify their strength.
